Okay, now I know how to add other people's blogs to my Bloglines' account. But nowhere can I find out how to add that little red RSS button to my blog so that people CAN add my blog to their RSS.

Just search for rss under blogger help, or use a service such as feedburner to publish your site's feed. From feedburner you can add a page element to your page to buttonize your feed.
Just so that you know, even though you do not have a button on your page, anyone that comes to you page and searches for a feed will find one.
